What are my products made of? My skincare and hair care products are handmade using organic, natural ingredients that I've carefully selected for their nourishing and beneficial properties.

Are my products preservative free? While I aim to use natural ingredients, water-based products need proper preservation to ensure safety. To achieve this, I use Geogard® 221, an Ecocert/COSMOS approved preservative system, at a very low concentration of only 0.5% to prevent contamination. This ensures the safety of my products while maintaining the integrity of the ingredients I've chosen.

How should I store my products? To make sure your products last as long as possible, please store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do I offer international shipping? Yes, I offer international shipping! You can also take advantage of my flat rate shipping – add as many products as you like and pay just one fixed price.

Can I return or exchange my order? Given that each of my products is handmade, I don't accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me directly.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow its journey.

Do I offer gift wrapping? Yes, I'm happy to offer gift wrapping upon request! Please let me know if you'd like to add a special touch to your order.

What payment methods do I accept? I accept payments through PayPal and Credit cards via stripe secure platform.
