Processing Time

All products are made to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship from Greece using Registered Hellenic Post, BOX NOW or Geniki Taxydromiki with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 5-8 business days
• USA & Canada: 5-8 business days

All delivery times are estimates and subject to variation due to customs clearance or postal delays.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping: 10€ EUROPE (~11USD US ~£8UK ~16¢ CANADA)

Customs & Import Taxes

Products are sent from Europe, therefore there are no customs duties and no customs controls at the borders between the EU Member States.

Please note: Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, we have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States until further notice.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. Please be aware that these charges are not included in your total order price and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional postal delays can occur. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
