Processing Time
All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be freshly formulated and packaged prior to shipping.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from Greece using Registered Hellenic Post, BOX NOW, Skroutz Last Mile, or Geniki Taxydromiki. Every order includes a full tracking number. Estimated delivery times by destination:
- Greece: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs inspection or local courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Flat rate shipping: 10€ (~11 USD / ~£8 GBP / ~16 CAD)

Customs & Import Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union (EU) are free of customs duties or border checks.
For Orders to the USA: For shipments to the United States with a total merchandise value up to $100 USD, we process customs documentation with pre-cleared handling for personal use to facilitate smooth delivery. However, customs thresholds, regulations, and import procedures are ultimately determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the FDA. While we ensure accurate electronic pre-declaration, our store is not responsible for unexpected customs inspections, holds, or any discretionary fees imposed by local authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for initial tracking updates to reflect on the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive for prompt deliveries, transit delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in locating it. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to invalid delivery addresses provided during checkout.
Returns & Payment Policy
Payment Methods: Due to our made-to-order formulation model, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted. We accept secure online payments via PayPal and major Credit/Debit Cards processed through Stripe.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns: Standard, ready-made items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt provided they remain unopened and in original condition.
Important Exception: In accordance with Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-formulated, personalized, or freshly made-to-order personal care items for hygiene and health protection reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or support.
