The same philosophy applies to haircare. I focus on nourishing and strengthening the hair rather than coating it with silicones and mineral oils that create the illusion of health. I embrace my natural curly hair and treat it with nutrient-rich hair masks containing botanical oils, butters, and emollients that penetrate the hair shaft, rather than just sitting on top.
In the Hair section of my store, you’ll find Curly Girl Method-approved products—free from silicones, sulfates, and mineral oils—but they work beautifully on all hair types.
About the Carnivore Diet
Driven by my pursuit of holistic well-being, I began crafting my own lard and tallow. These traditional animal fats are a cornerstone for those following the carnivore or keto, low carb diet. My lard and tallow offer a concentrated source of essential vitamins and nutrients, supporting your body's nutritional needs.
