We ship worldwide via registered mail with tracking. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal of Acceptance Policy
Completing an order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method constitutes a legally binding commitment to receive the product. Refusing acceptance or failing to receive the parcel within the courier's deadline (e.g., 7-10 working days) constitutes a breach of the terms of sale and causes direct financial damage (including shipping, return, and administration costs).
