Tallow has been a staple in natural skincare for centuries. Since embracing the carnivore diet, I’ve discovered how beneficial 100% grass-fed beef tallow is, not only for health but also for skin. I personally prepare the tallow in my kitchen, using beef sourced from local organic farmers in Greece.
